Cleaning is subjective. We do not offer unconditional cash refunds simply because the customer is unhappy with the aesthetic outcome. If a spot is missed, customers must raise the issue while the Merchant is still on-site for a free touch-up. Once the service is completed and payment is made, it is final.

3. Limitation of Liability & Damages

In the event of any damage arising from the service, the maximum liability of Isneha Facilities Pvt. Ltd. shall be strictly limited to the refund of the service charges paid for that specific item. We are not liable for replacement of furniture, vehicles, or inherent fabric issues like shrinkage or pre-existing paint failure.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds for prepaid canceled bookings or approved liability claims will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
