Welcome to SKKS Cleaning Services, a brand wholly owned and operated by Isneha Facilities Private Limited. By booking any service with us, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service with SKKS Cleaning Services (via website, app, WhatsApp, or phone), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Business Model & Service Providers

We operate on an aggregator model. We connect customers with independent service professionals (Merchants). While we ensure strict background checks, the Merchants are independent contractors and not direct employees of Isneha Facilities Pvt. Ltd.

3. Customer Obligations (Utilities & Workspace)

Electricity & Water: Access to standard electrical plug points and running water must be provided free of charge by the customer.
Workspace Clearance: Customers must secure fragile items, cash, and jewelry before the service begins.

4. Customer Conduct & Safety

We have a Zero Tolerance policy for abuse. Any misbehavior directed at our Merchants will result in immediate termination of service without refund. Confiscating tools or machines belonging to the Merchants is strictly prohibited and is considered theft under the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Isneha Facilities Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to file an FIR.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
